Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital is a beautiful hospital offering services not often found in a facility of its size. Our hospital is a 48 bed community hospital serving all of Calaveras and Alpine Counties in the Sierra foothills between Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. We see 10 000 emergency patients per year and admit approximately 12%. Our medical staff of 50 physicians provides services including surgery ICU Med Surg. Unit Birthing Center Respiratory Care Physical Therapy Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab and more. We are also active in the local EMS community. ED shifts are 24 hours in length (See More)
